Coaching shaped entirely around you – one-to-one, with a partner, or in a small group of friends.

Your goals, your session
Personal training is a fantastic way to realise your individual goals – and it's not just about one-to-one training; working in pairs or a small group with one of our coaches can be equally rewarding. £60 per hour for one-on-one, £275 for 5 sessions, £500 for 10 sessions.
Some people use PT to build confidence before joining classes, others to rehab an old injury, prepare for an event, or finally nail a lift that's been stuck for years. We start with a conversation about where you are and what you want, then build the sessions backwards from that.
