What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is an effective way to get fit, and the best thing about it is anyone can do it! It combines a wide variety of functional movements taught in small groups and is often combined into a timed or scored workout.
We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results.
As we can scale every single movement, it’s accessible to all from ages 4 to 104 and with any level of fitness. Around the world, hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life have discovered and fallen in love with CrossFit, undertaking weekly functional fitness workouts and becoming fitter, healthier and happier in the process.
