How It Works
Step 1: Apply
Fill in a short form so we understand your goals.
Step 2: Book Your 1:1 Onboarding
We’ll bring you in, show you the basics, and make sure you feel confident.
Step 3: Start Training
You’ll join our coached classes, with everything adapted to your level.
Step 4: Build Momentum
Over 6 weeks, you’ll build consistency, improve fitness, and feel better.
Step 5: Continue Your Progress
After the 6 weeks, you can move into our coaching memberships and keep progressing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Most people join because they want to get fitter. Everything is adapted to your level.
Will I be thrown into intense classes?
No. You’ll have a 1:1 onboarding session first, and every class is coached and scaled.
What if I’ve never done CrossFit?
That’s completely fine. We coach you through everything step by step.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. We focus on simple, realistic improvements you can stick to.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You can continue with one of our coaching memberships (3x/week or unlimited).
