Our Kids & Teens classes are all about building strong, confident, and capable young athletes in a fun and supportive environment.
We focus on teaching safe, effective movement patterns while improving strength, fitness, and coordination. Every session is designed to be engaging and challenging, helping kids and teens develop not just physically, but also in confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
Kids classes - 10-14 year olds
Teens classes - 15-18 year olds
