Buy a block of 10 sessions to use anytime on any classes you wish.
If you wish to visit us for a drop-in, just email or Facebook message us first, just so that we can book you onto the class you would like.
FUNDAMENTALS COURSE: £125 (2 x 90 minute sessions or 3 x 1 hour sessions).
* All monthly memberships come with an optional weigh-in and quarterly progress photos.
Unlimited: £75 p/m
This membership gives you the opportunity to come to as many weightlifting classes as you wish.
INDIVIDUALISED ONLINE PROGRAMMING
These programmes are designed specifically to a person’s needs and goals. Often, these are used by people who cannot regularly make class times, or those who workout at another gym but need something to follow. Your programme will constantly evolve as you progress, changing week-to-week based on your goals and improvement. Anyone that follows an online programme who is not a member of Grand Union CrossFit will get 1 free drop-in session a month to monitor progress. All programmes will come with basic nutritional advice.
