Membership

On Ramp Programme: £299

Our On-Ramp Programme is the perfect way to start your CrossFit journey with confidence. You'll receive three private 1-to-1 coaching sessions where we'll teach you the fundamental movements, help you develop proper technique, and ensure you're moving safely and effectively before joining regular classes.

Your On-Ramp package also includes your first month of a 3-classes-per-week membership, a gym T-shirt, your own skipping rope, and 2 months of free access to our Berkhamsted Discount Portal. Everything you need to get started, build confidence, and become part of the community.

Monthly Memberships

UNLIMITED: £160 p/m

3 TIMES A WEEK: £115 p/m

2 TIMES A WEEK: £95 p/m

Depending on experience you may be asked to attend a fundamentals session (induction) to be taught the basic CrossFit movements and/or the Olympic lifts before being able to join the scheduled classes. If you have CrossFit experience then you will be required to attend a trial class before joining.

FUNDAMENTALS SESSION - £40 per hour

*number of sessions will be adjusted depending on experience and ability. Price may vary depending on 121 or small group classes.

INDIVIDUALISED ONLINE PROGRAMMING

These programmes are designed specifically to a person’s needs and goals. Often, these are used by people who cannot regularly make class times, or those who workout at another gym but need something to follow. Your programme will constantly evolve as you progress, changing week-to-week based on your goals and improvement. All programmes will come with basic nutritional advice.

5 Sessions a week: £130 p/m

4 Sessions a week: £110 p/m

3 Sessions a week: £90 p/m

2 Sessions a week: £70 p/m
