Our Conditioning classes are our dedicated high intensity, non-technical sessions. In these classes we use fewer weights than the conventional CrossFit classes. The movements are less technical (on the whole) which makes them a great place to start if you’re still undecided about trying out CrossFit. Having said that, this class is not for the faint hearted. It will always be an intense workout, whatever your fitness level! If you’re looking to burn those calories, while having a lot of fun in a great environment, then look no further!
