Chipper
A long workout with a list of movements you 'chip away' at once, in order.
What it means in a class
A chipper is a workout with a long list of movements, each done once, in order, from top to bottom. You chip away at the list until it's gone. There's no repeating rounds, so pacing and rep-breaking matter enormously.
Chippers are usually longer pieces — 15 to 30 minutes — and they're a great test of your ability to keep moving when the pace slows.
On the whiteboard
