CrossFit
Our CrossFit classes combine strength training, cardio and functional movements to help you become fitter for everyday life. Every workout is coached from start to finish and can be adapted to suit complete beginners through to experienced athletes.
You don't need to be fit to start—you just need to turn up.
Functional Physique
Functional Physique is our slower-paced strength class, designed to help you build muscle, improve technique and get stronger over time. Unlike a typical CrossFit class, there's no workout at the end, giving you the time to focus on quality movement and progressive strength training.
Whether you're looking to complement your CrossFit training or simply enjoy lifting weights, this class is suitable for all experience levels.
Forever Fit (55+)
Forever Fit is designed for adults aged 55 and over who want to stay active, build strength and move with confidence. You'll learn how to lift safely, improve balance and mobility, and maintain the strength needed for everyday life—all in a relaxed, supportive environment.
More than just a fitness class, Forever Fit is a great place to meet like-minded people, enjoy a chat and be part of a welcoming community.
